Well it's been a hectic 2-3 weeks. I won't talk about the job, it is what it is. :D
But I now am living in a nicer place! It's a bit more pricey but the landlord is nice (so far). I have more space (i need more furniture now!), free electricity, free gas and yes free laundry (you have NO idea how much i spend for laundry ugh!). It's a bit more of a walk to the train but I just count it as exercise although I still cringe at the thought of having to walk an extra block during winter. Actually during the summer time, it's quite beautiful to walk in my neighborhood, it's still the city but my neighborhood of Irving Park is full of trees, birds and eh... squirrels. LOL. Oh and I also get free parking but who knows if I'll ever use that considering how much a car will cost me in terms of insurance, stickers, other parking in Chicago. Oh I do have a sunroom too, I am loving that like -crazy-. I'm thinking maybe... maybe I'll have a plant or two. :D - MAYBE - I also want a dog but I'm still wondering about that. I mean the landlord might say yes, but a dog is a responsibility. I can't just like lock it away like I do my cels and shit.
What really prompted me to move from my cramped apartment were two things 1) a very noisy crazy neighbor 2) my parents were approved to visit the USA. IMAGINE THAT! After so 8 years of my being here, they finally got a visa! I'd still bitch to the immigration but... oh what the hell I'm just glad they'll finally see what kind of hell hole I got myself in. LOL. It's going to be a busy summer and fall for me!
Oh the one bad thing that happened in my move was that I lost the internet! It took me almost two weeks to get online. After a lot of heartache with ATT, they finally got up their lazy asses to fix my connection. I'd bitch too but I'm just happy to be back online because I have so many things to take care of. Eh not the usual hobby stuff but personal real life things you know? LOL. I did one stupid thing though today, I managed to spend 200 bucks in one sitting... Why? I don't know... But I'll worry about that later. You know what while I was without internet, I got a -lot- of things done. Like I almost finished unpacking, I was actually cleaning and shit! Man I must've been bored... LOL. But I must say sometimes I wonder if it's good to have internet, like right now I'm wondering where did my afternoon go? I've not done anything except sit in front of the PC. That's kind of sad!
